Join the monthly subscription program for yoga and wellness!

With this monthly membership, you have access to a variety of yoga classes, meditation sessions, and wellness resources to help you achieve your health goals.

This membership will include two live classes a month, and they will be saved in the members section.  They may range from Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra or Meditation Classes.  The monthly membership will also include free access to the Rest and Restore at Home Online Yoga Courses.
